Our company was established under the name of Takagi Manufacturing in 1955. Later in 1991, we renamed ourselves Takagi Seiko Co., Ltd and continued to serve Ophthalmology as a device manufacturer and a sales division for our products. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to your continuous support and guidance which led us to where we are today.

The Takagi-brand has continuously expanded along with the market’s needs. We committed ourselves in manufacturing products with ‘MADE IN JAPAN’ quality and they have been widely recognised and operated, not only in Japan, but also in more than 50 countries around the world. At present, “Global Standards” are required in product manufacturing and our Takagi-brand products are no exception. We have obtained “ISO13485-2003″ in the medical device quality management system and all our products conform to CE marking for the European Market.

Visual acuity values are displayed in the test frame.
Charts can be changed either with the chart buttons or the arrow buttons on the controller.
Chart units are sealed and dust-tight, and can be replaced with other units.
With the friction method, an angle of the main unit can be adjusted vertically and horizontally (tilting up and down, and swinging left and right).
The controller offers ergonomically aligned buttons.

Scanning Peripheral Anterior Chamber Depth Analyzer SPAC

SPAC measures quantitatively the anterior chamber depth without any contact, consecutively from the pupil centre to the temporal limbus. It is intended to automatically evaluate the potential to develop angle-closure glaucoma (ACG), i.e. to screen the ACG eye or the potential ACG eye. It also aims to assist routine medical examinations, by evaluating simply, quantitatively the anterior chamber depth change in various pathologies.

Ophthalmic Chair UN-15

In combination with an operating microscope, the chair can be served as a bed for examination and treatment. (An optional OM Arm is required to install an operating microscope.)
The AUTO-RETURN switch automatically returns the chair to its original position.
A memory function allowing you to pre-select the reclining angle at any position you like is provided as standard (one memory).
The standard foot switch controls elevation, tilt back/forward and stop of the chair.
